Abe Chehebar has been at the forefront of major accessory ventures for over thirty years. His passion for handbags started early; in his youth Abe spent summers interning at his father’s handbag and accessories shop. With his keen understanding of consumer tastes and needs, Abe founded Accessory Network Group in 1984, where he served as Chairman and CEO for 27 years. In addition, the company specializes in private label accessories for major retailers. In a short time, AHQ has become a top performing resource in the handbag category.

R.J. Graziano is widely considered to be the last master designer jewelry brand. Recognized as the ultimate industry trend setter, his signature style embraces fashionable women everywhere.
Graziano started on the fast track to success more than thirty years ago. At the request of Bloomingdales, R.J. designed a collection exclusively for them that was immediately showcased in the coveted Lexington Avenue windows. Within six months, Graziano had his first Lord and Taylor full page New York Times ad and his first Neiman Marcus catalogue feature. A star was born.

Ron D’Angelo is a Senior VP of Sales for Collection XIIX, Ltd, a leading supplier of ladies neckwear, cold weather knits, hats, and jewelry through licensed national brand and private label product. Since he joined in 2000, the company has evolved and grown from a small scarf company into and multi classification industry leader. He is part of a growing management team that leads the company in sales, design and operational excellence.
Ron started his career in the executive training program of the May Company department stores in St. Louis. He ultimately became the buyer of ladies fashion accessories in their Los Angeles division before moving to NYC and entering the wholesale market in 1990. He spent several years in the belt, leather goods, and watch industry as a seasoned sales executive before coming to Collection 18.
Originally from Royal Oak, Michigan, Ron is a graduate from the business school of the University of Notre Dame where he concentrated his studies in marketing.

Nicole started her career in the Macy’s executive training program, buying Fashion Accessories, Gifts and Fashion Jewelry. She also served as Buyer for Macys.com Fine Jewelry & Silver creating a seamless omni-channel experience and receiving top awards for the accelerated growth business.
Nicole is a graduate of the University of Maryland R.H. Smith School of Business and an avid triathlete and marathon runner. She is actively involved in several charities including Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
EVP and a Principal Jacmel Jewelry
Nathan Dweck is the Executive Vice President and a principal at Jacmel Jewelry, one of the leaders in both branded and private label popular priced jewelry. The company is privately owned, was established in 1977 and has divisions in the costume, bridge, fine and luxury jewelry markets.
Nathan joined the company in 1996 after attending New York University. He serves as an executive in the sales, licensing and new business development areas at Jacmel.

Howard Feller joined MMG Advisors, Inc. in 1999 after a 12-year career as an executive in the fashion accessories industry. Mr. Feller has led a number of buy-side and sell-side transactions, including the sale of Michele Watches to Fossil; the sale of Avirex to Ecko Unlimited; the sale of Wilke-Rodriguez to Men’s Warehouse; advising Peace Mark Holdings on its China retail joint venture with Tourneau; and the sale of Capital Mercury Apparel to Paris Accessories.
During his career, Mr. Feller has worked with some of the biggest names in the fashion industry. His background includes executive roles with two global watch and jewelry manufacturers and distributors, where he gained extensive expertise in merchandising, sourcing, international marketing and distribution, fashion licensing, brand development and management, and organizational development.
Prior to joining MMG, Mr. Feller ran his own consulting practice, H. Feller Enterprises, which specialized in licensing and brand management for companies in the fashion and consumer products industries. From 1993 to 1998, he served as Managing Director of a new U.S. subsidiary of publicly traded watch and jewelry manufacturer Egana International Holdings. Mr. Feller started his career at the Swatch Group, the world’s largest manufacturer and distributor of watches.
Mr. Feller received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the State University of New York at Albany, and he has completed the DIS international business program at the University of Copenhagen.

John Florin is the Senior Exec Vice President of marketing and a principal at the Mundi Westport Group ( MWG ) based in Pine Brook, NJ. His father Richard Florin founded the company in 1969. John graduated from Washington University in St Louis and has been working at Westport since 1983. John is on the board of trustees of JVS, a non-denominational vocational service based in East Orange, NJ and is active in the Bass Foundation, a group dedicated to assisting people at risk in the urban communities of Essex County, NJ. Steven Hedaya is a 30+year veteran in the handbag and accessories industry. Colors in Optics, Ltd. was founded in 1978 by President and Designer Sanford Hutton. The company’s namesake was borne out of its innovative and unique process of integrating color into optical frames. Todd Marcus has worked at K&M Associates for 6 years as the President of the Vendôme Division which specializes in the design, sales, and distribution of Department Store and Specialty products.
Prior to joining K&M, Todd spent 2 years as a Consultant with Oliver Wyman. Working in the Aviation Practice, he partnered with international airlines to implement cost reducing sourcing practices.

Lauren has traveled extensively for fashion and trade shows and trendspotting (most recently Israel and Morocco).
Lauren has held key editorial roles at National Jeweler, Couture Jeweler, Accent, EyeWear and freelanced for lifestyle consumer publications like Hampton Style and Hampton Country. She recently edited the fine jewelry coffee table book Jewelry’s Shining Stars. Lauren frequently judges industry design competitions (Independent Handbag Designer Awards, the Accessories Council’s Next Generation Awards, Accessories Magazine’s ICE Awards), speaks at fashion schools, and has presented accessories segments on TV. She has a B.S. in Communications from Cornell University.
