Felix Porcaro, Jr., was literally born in the jewelry business. His father, Felix Sr., was a successful jewelry manufacturer in Providence, RI, who taught his son the business from the ground up. In 2001, Felix founded Crimzon Rose, selling fashion jewelry to the country’s leading mass merchandisers. Over the years the company’s distribution grew to include mid-tier and specialty stores.
With the acquisition of Erica Lyons Jewelry and the Rachel Zoe Collection, Crimzon Rose has expanded into leading department stores. Today, Crimzon Rose is a global fashion accessory company that sells fashion jewelry and hair accessories to department stores, mass merchandisers, discount, variety and specialty stores. Based in Rhode Island, Crimzon Rose operates as a subsidiary of LF USA.
Married to his wife, Lori, for 34 years, Felix is the proud father of three children and grandfather to his new grandson. He is highly regarded for his philanthropic and charitable involvement on both a national and local basis. He and Lori founded, and serve as directors of, St. Edwards Wellness Center, the largest food pantry in Rhode Island. The Porcaros reside in Jamestown, RI.
