The Hole in the Wall Gang Camps

The original Hole in the Wall Camp was founded by Paul Newman in 1988.  Located in Connecticut, it is a nonprofit residential summer camp and year-round center designed to serve children and families coping with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.  Each summer, more than1,000 children from across the country and abroad attend free of charge.

The first camp has evolved into 10 camps, through the Association of Hole in the Wall Camps.  The camps have become the world’s largest family of camps for children with serious illnesses.  The Association now serves nine existing camps as well as others in formation around the globe.  It is through the generosity of friends like FABB that these programs have been made possible.
